Calum performed the following ab exercises as quickly as he could, one after the other in a circuit fashion. He then rested for 3 minutes and performed the cycle again for a total of 4 times.
Ab Circuit
Full sit up: x 20 reps
Ab crunches: x 20 re
Ab bike: x 20 reps
Alternating heel touch: x 20 reps
Plank: 1 minute
Rest: 3 minutes
To get the most from this workout focus on mind-muscle connection by squeezing and engaging your abs.
It is important to maintain proper form for the entirety of the activity in order to avoid damage to your neck and spine. If at any stage your form is compromised switch to leg raises and if you feel pain in your neck or spine cease exercising immediately.
